VOD is Video on Demand. The
VOD icon on your main menu leads you to the VOD main screen from where you
can access movies, movie packages and a host of iControl specials. You can
also access this screen by pressing the green button on your remote. |

It's your hot button to VOD. From the VOD
main screen, you can choose between HINDI, ENGLISH or REGIONAL films. Selecting
HINDI or ENGLISH will open up a genre listing and selecting REGIONAL will
open up a list of languages in which films are available.
Click a genre or language and a list of available films within the category
opens. |

Select a movie title by pressing
OK on your remote. A synopsis screen opens. You can now PREVIEW the film
or VIEW it. PREVIEW opens a trailer. VIEW opens the film if it has already
been rented or subscribed to. If not, it opens an authorisation page. This
requires you to enter your password. This safety feature has been incorporated
to ensure that unauthorised people do not make purchases on your behalf. |

| Once you enter the password
correctly, the film appears in your My Movies list and you can access
it during its validity period without re-entering the password. My Movies
allows you quick access to all movies rented,purchased or subscribed by
you. Select the title and play a movie.
You can also search for a movie by title or cast. To do so, select the
SEARCH button on the VOD main screen. Enter the first few letters of the
word and then select your search parameter. Submit your query. Your search
results will appear. Click on the title you are searching for and a synopsis
screen opens as before. |

You can also rent or subscribe
to movies as special packages. Select MOVIE PACKAGES and a package list
will open. Select a package and its details will open with an option to
buy or subscribe. Once you buy or subscribe to a package, the package gets
added to your My Movies list. If a film in your My Movies list is not meant
for all audiences, you may have to enter your password for access. Remember,
you can pause, fast forward and rewind VOD content just like you can on
a DVD. |
